This is an employee information system that is accessible through the Internet. From this Portal, you can: View Pay Stubs with Pay History and Leave Balance information. You can also print pay stubs (requires a password which is the last 4 digits of your social security number).
HOW TO ACCESS THE PORTAL

There is also a link to the portal on the district website on the main Staff Resources page.
Your UserID and Password for the portal were provided in the welcome letter you received from HR.
You will be prompted to change your password the first time you log in to the portal. Once you change your password click on the Home button. Contact Ms. Angie Holloway at extension 1004 with any questions.
NCSD follows three different payroll cycles depending on your position/title. Please see the information below related to your specific employment role.
TEACHERS
Classroom teachers are paid on the 15th day of each month. Should the 15th fall on a weekend, payday will occur on that Friday. If the 15th falls on a holiday, pay will be disbursed on the prior business day.
Substitute teachers are also paid on the 15th of each month but is dependent on when they work within each pay period.
ADMINISTRATORS
District administrators receive their payment on the 30th/31st of each month.
If payday falls on a weekend, payment will be disbursed on that Friday. If the 30th/31st falls on a holiday, payday will occur on the prior business day.
SUPPORT STAFF (Administrative Assistants, Custodial Staff, Paraprofessionals, etc.)
Support staff employees are paid bi-monthly: once on the 15th of each month and again on the 30th/31st of each month. Should the 15th or 30th/31st fall on a weekend, payday will occur on that Friday. If the 15th or 30th/31st falls on a holiday, pay will be disbursed on the prior business day.
District employees must be enrolled in this mandatory service. Through this method, employee payroll is directly deposited electronically into the individual's bank account on payday.
Required paperwork must be completed in order to be enrolled in direct deposit.
