STUDENT REGISTRATION

You will use the Current Family with New Student(s) option linked above. You may complete your Annual Update and Verification process at the same time while you add a new student on the Student tab.

For Kindergarten Enrollment During the Current School Year:

In accordance with Senate Bill No. 572, children must be 5 years old before the first day of August to be eligible to attend Kindergarten for the upcoming school year. Students may only be registered by a parent or court-appointed legal guardian.  

• Incoming Kindergarten students who did not attend NCSD PreK must be registered online and attend an in-person screening.

• Incoming Kindergarten students' families who are brand new to the district should follow the steps in the New Family to NCSD option above.  

• Incoming Kindergarten students' families who have current family members attending NCSD Schools should click the Current Family with New Student(s) option above.

All families must complete the process. The primary household parent/guardian should finish the initial student online registration process and submit it. An Annual Update & Verification process must also be completed prior to each school year. More details are in the Current Family options above.

If you do not have access to a computer, you may schedule an appointment to utilize a district device on site by calling (573) 431-3300 and connecting with the building where your oldest student will attend or by emailing your request to registrar@ncsd.k12.mo.us. You may also schedule an appointment online by clicking one of the links below. Note: If you have multiple students to enroll, please set an appointment at the building where your oldest child will attend. If you have just one child to enroll, please make the appointment where he/she will attend.
