NCHS is proud to be a participant in the Buckle Up Phone Down (BUPD) Showdown in an effort to make Missouri roads safer for everyone! We'd like to make our NC families aware of this important campaign and urge you to take the pledge!! When pledging, choose "North County High School" as your school. We have a chance to win at least $1000 for our school to supplement student safety according to the number of pledges we receive! Read below for more information!! Let's take that pledge, Raiders! The 2023 BUPD Showdown runs from October 25 through December 31!

The North St. Francois County R-1 School District recognizes the negative impact that tobacco use and the vaping epidemic can have on students. The NCSD health curriculum addresses the health dangers associated with both smoking and vaping. The American Lung Association has also produced excellent resources for parents to use when talking with their children about the dangers of vaping.
