Mr. Bahr was re-elected to a three-year term on the Board in April 2024. Dave graduated from North County High School in 1988 and is employed by Ameren Missouri. Dave has valuable experience serving the public as he is a member of the Bonne Terre Chamber of Commerce and has led many other community events along with his wife Sonya.
Mr. Bullock was first elected to the Board in April 2019 and was re-elected to his position in 2025. A longtime public servant through his law enforcement career as Desloge Police Chief, Jebo has added a welcome legal/law enforcement voice to the Board. He and his wife Marsha have two daughters: Carolyn and Jamie, who are also NC grads. Jamie teaches and coaches at NCHS.
Mr. Gremminger joined the Board in June 2020 and was re-elected for another term. Alan graduated from North County High School in 1978 and is a lifelong resident of the NC school district. He has served the district for the past 20+ years in the football press box; the last 12 of those as the current "Voice of the Raiders." Alan is retired from local business Mineral Area Office Supply after 40 years of service and Desloge Walmart after 22 years of part-time service. Mr. Gremminger was elected to two terms on the Desloge City Council and is a past member of the Mineral Area Community Elks. Alan is married to Becki (Crawford) Gremminger who is a 1980 NC graduate. They have one daughter, Ashley, who teaches at NCHS. They have one granddaughter, Isla.
Mrs. Hubbard joined the Board in April 2025. Stella is married to Scott Hubbard, an alumnus of North County Schools, and they have two Raiders in their family.
Stella has an extensive background in school counseling. Her career has been dedicated to supporting children and families. Her volunteer work with the Raider Pack Program ensures no student goes hungry. Stella serves on the United Way of St. Francois County Board and the BJC Parkland Foundation Board.
Mr. Mallow was re-elected to a three-year term on the Board in April 2024. David is a 1985 NC graduate and his wife, Wendy (Crocker) and son, Layton (2020 graduate) are also North County graduates. David attended William Penn University where he received a bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology. David currently works for the Department of Corrections as an Industrial Manager.
Mrs. Pratte has been in the financial industry for over twenty years, the last ten as a Financial Advisor. She served nine years on the BT Chamber Board of Directors. She filled the role as president (2 years) and treasurer (3 years). Julie served three years on the Desloge Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors where she served as secretary and treasurer. Mrs. Pratte currently serve as president of the BT Parks Board and served six years on the finance committee at Esther Baptist Church. Julie is a 1989 North County graduate. She has been married for 30 years to Bruce Pratte who is a 1977 North County graduate and retired UniTec Electrical Technology instructor. The Prattes have one daughter, Kattrina who is a 2019 NC graduate.
Mrs. Wilfong joined the Board in June 2020 and remains through re-election today. Stacy graduated from North County High School in 1996 and is the Radiology Program Director at Jefferson College. Prior to being elected to the Board, she was a valued assistant HS track coach for 15 years.
