ANNUAL VERIFICATION AND UPDATE:

At the beginning of every school year (typically effective on July 1 or after), the North St. Francois County R-I School District requires that one person in the student’s primary household complete an online update of student information.  The Annual Verification and Update involves updating several sections within the Infinite Campus Portal, including contact information, medical records, and transportation needs.  All students must have this information updated before the Annual Verification and Update window closes. This must be completed for the sake of your student's safety and security.

CURRENT FAMILIES WITH RETURNING STUDENTS: 

Annual verification and updates to existing student information are required before the Annual Verification and Update window closes.

1. Parents/guardians must have an Infinite Campus Parent Portal Account to verify/update student information for the new school year. If you do not have an Infinite Campus Parent Portal account, please call (573) 431-3300 and connect with the building where your oldest student attends. (Please allow up to 2-3 business days for your account to be processed depending on the volume of calls.)

2. Log In:  Begin the verification/update process by logging into the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. 

   • If you have forgotten your password, please use the "Forgot Password?" feature.

3. Click on MORE in the menu on the left.

4. Click on NCSD ONLINE REGISTRATION in the left navigation menu.

5. Enter the requested information and click on BEGIN ENROLLMENT.

6. From there, you will be guided through the process of providing us with the information you need to review and update for your child(ren).

   • Since you already have a student(s) enrolled in NCSD, family demographic information will pre-populate.  

   • Please review and update this information as needed.

   • Some change requests have to be processed by a building registrar.  Such changes as those to a student’s legal name or address require additional documentation before being accepted.  The parent/guardian will be contacted in these situations.

   • If you have not moved, the only uploaded information we will need is your valid state ID and ONE proof of residency item from List A on the Proof of Residency List linked here. The address on your ID and the address on the proof of residency MUST MATCH. If they do not, we will need TWO proofs of residency to verify the new address.
