After the Annual Verification and Update window closes, you may still have a need to update contact information, or your household address may change.
Please review the information below to help guide you through the process of updating this important information. This helps us provide safety and security for your student(s).

How to Update Your Address
Please contact the District Registrar when you move. It's important your information is up-to-date to receive communication from NCSD.
Your household address is listed under More>Address Information in the Campus Parent Portal.
To update your address, NCSD requests two proofs of residency*. These documents should contain the parent/guardian's name and address. Please see below.
Current real estate tax receipt, mortgage statement, deed or signed lease AND
One other proof of residency such as a current utility bill, etc.
You may also email proof of residency documents to the Registrar at registrar@ncsd.k12.mo.us if you have trouble uploading them.
If you do not have the requested documentation, or do not rent or own property, please contact the Registrar at registrar@ncsd.k12.mo.us or call (573) 431-3300, ext. 2003.

How to Update Your Personal Information
To update family member contact information (phone numbers, emails, or student's cell phone number):
Login to your Campus Parent Portal account.
Select More in the left navigation bar.
Select Family Information.
Click the Update button to the right of the name of the person you are editing.
Make any necessary changes, and then click the Update button at the bottom of the screen.
Changes update immediately in Infinite Campus once phone numbers and email addresses are submitted. Please note that some of the other changes will require Registrar review. The review may take time to process. Once requests have been reviewed, you will receive a message in your inbox on the Parent Portal stating the status of your request.
