NCSD families have virtual access to non-emergency health care through our partnership with Hazel Health. Hazel can provide on-demand care for students across everything from stomach aches and rashes to allergies and asthma. These services are available at school or at home Monday-Friday from 7 a.m.- 5 p.m.
In order to access these services, parents must complete the consent form at my.hazel.co/ncsd
To schedule a visit via the parent portal at my.hazel.co/ncsd.
