UniTec offers programs for high school students, post-secondary course work and continuing education for the community.
UniTec Career Center serves seven school districts with sixteen programs available at the secondary level with an average enrollment of 450-500 students per year. In addition, the evening programs serve approximately 2,200 adults in the GED/AEL and continuing education programs per year.

MAC Career Connections is a partnership between Mineral Area College and regional comprehensive high schools and service area career and technology centers.
MAC Career Connections provides secondary career and technical education students with the opportunity to earn college course credit and begin an Associate of Applied Science Degree while still in high school. This exciting program is offered tuition free to regional high school participants. Students earn Mineral Area College technical course credit as they proceed through their secondary CTE program. Currently MAC Career Connections college credit is available in eighteen different CTE program areas.
Participation in MAC Career Connections is open to qualifying regional high school juniors and seniors.
