North County Schools Registration for 2012-2013

Early Childhood Registration:

Contact the District Registrar at 573-358-8830 to register for the Early Childhood Program (ECH). To qualify for the program your child must be 4 years old before

August 1, 2012. The Registrar will provide you with further information.

Parents of children who are 3-5 years old or approaching age 3 who suspect their child may have a developmental delay or handicapping condition that may affect them educationally, may contact the Special Education Process Coordinator’s office at 573-431-3300 #1, #6 to make a referral for evaluation to determine eligibility for early childhood special education services.

Students K – 12:

New student open registration for ALL GRADES will be August 1, 2, and 3 at UniTec Career Center located at 7163 Raider Road (next to NC High School). The times to register are 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. After open registration students will need to register by appointment only with the Registrar’s office by calling 573-358-8830. It is important to register your child early to ensure enrollment by the first day of the school year.

For registration you must provide your child’s state issued birth certificate, immunization record, proof of residence (rent/lease agreement, real estate tax receipt, or utility bill) in the name of the parent/guardian. If a family lives with someone else, that person is required to come in and show proof of residence (same requirements as above) and sign a waiver.
