| PowerPoint Storyboard Handout Scoring Guide for PowerPoint Since copying and pasting information is the new 'electronic plagiarism' the library staff promotes the use of the storyboard. Classes spend a day or two locating information, a day in the classroom completing a storyboard (this objective hones students' notetaking skills), then a day or two in the lab using the storyboard to create a PowerPoint presentation. Of course citing sources, even graphics, is a must!! Feel free to ask the librarian for assistance with your classes. |
Why use scoring guides/rubrics? The Art and Science of Teaching with Technology Tech Tip: Develop the scoring guide/rubric online then save to your 'U' drive for future use. You can also save or copy to Microsoft Word to edit. |
